《Fast and Free》是一首在怀旧与反叛之间摇摆的合成器流行曲，写失落的冒险艺术。灵感来自六十年代电影的无拘无束：敞篷车、鸡尾酒、香烟、没有安全带。它把那种感官的自由，对照今天无菌、消毒、规避风险的生活。桥段变得冰冷而控诉：无烟、无盐、无糖，“健康直到进坟墓”。这是一声叛逆的呐喊，献给宁可危险地活、也不愿安全地不活的人。
